Who can apply?
Organisations with relevant manufacturing, supply-chain, service or industry-representation activities can review the eligibility criteria. The appropriate category depends on the actual activities of the applicant.
Is membership held by an organisation or a person?
Membership is held by the accepted legal organisation. Individuals participate as its authorised representatives. Account access is not itself a separate organisational membership.
Can a group company use the membership?
The membership offer identifies the covered entity or entities. A subsidiary or related company should not assume that another entity's membership automatically covers it. Ask the membership team to confirm the arrangement.
How are fees confirmed?
The applicable fee, currency, period and terms are provided before membership is finalised. Any separate event or service charge is identified for the activity concerned.
Does submitting the form make us a member?
No. Submission starts the review process. The authorised contact receives the membership outcome and the conditions for membership to take effect.
Can all employees access every resource and committee?
Access depends on the organisation's membership category and the conditions of the resource or activity. An authorised organisational contact helps manage colleague access. Some committees or projects require particular expertise or an additional participation review.
Can we use the IAHPM name on a product?
Membership must not imply that a product has been approved, tested or certified by IAHPM. The member name and logo rules explain the permitted description of the membership relationship.
How do we update our details or renew?
Authorised contacts can use the member area or contact the membership team. Renewal and withdrawal follow the terms applicable to the organisation's membership.
