Science and evidence
Record what was evaluated, how it was compared and where the conclusion can reasonably be used.
Begin with the review question
Name the product configuration, users, setting and outcome. Decide whether the evidence is being used to describe technical performance, usability, a health-related outcome or another claim. These questions require different records.
Keep context with the result
A result is easier to assess when the report shows the comparison method, selection of samples or participants, exclusions, missing observations, uncertainty and variation across conditions. A single headline number cannot carry that context.
