membership
Member responsibilities
Membership depends on responsible participation and accurate representation of the relationship with IAHPM.

Keep organisational information accurate
Members identify an authorised contact and maintain the information needed to administer membership. Changes to the legal entity, principal activities or authorised representatives should be reported through the membership service.
Participate within the agreed remit
Representatives contribute relevant expertise, respect the purpose of meetings and follow the conditions of committees and projects. Participation does not authorise a representative to commit the Association or speak in its name.
Protect trust in industry exchange
Members declare relevant interests, respect confidential information and intellectual property, and avoid discussion of commercially sensitive matters outside the permitted scope of Association work. Concerns about the conduct of an activity should be raised with its chair or the appropriate Association contact.
Describe membership accurately
The Association's name and member logo may be used only under the applicable rules. Membership must not be described as certification or approval of a product, laboratory, manufacturing site or professional service.
Meet the membership terms
Members observe the governing documents and the terms applicable to their category, including payment and renewal arrangements. Changes to status and the handling of conduct concerns follow the adopted procedures.
