Worked example
A hypothetical mobility aid is moved from an indoor setting to mixed indoor and outdoor use. The record identifies the environmental difference, current configuration, instructions, maintenance implications and the person responsible for deciding whether an adjustment or further assessment is needed.
The example does not prescribe a configuration for an individual. It shows how to retain the decision context.
Review triggers
Consider a change in user capability, body size, environment, accessory, software, pattern of use, maintenance status or support arrangement. Record the trigger and route it to the person qualified and authorised to make the relevant decision.
Limits
This record supports product-information and service discussions. It is not a clinical assessment, individual prescription or proof of product performance.
