Describe the question and link to public material where useful. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, personal health information or confidential product files.

The confirmation shows a reference and private link. Save the link: it is how you check the request, read a reply and add information. A reference number without the private link does not open correspondence. The website does not promise that a separate email will be sent.
