Prepare an enquiry
Set out the proposed subject, audience, format, date options and time zone. Identify the facilitator or contributors you propose and any material you wish to use. A submitted enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Confirm the arrangements
Before participation, the activity record should state the final date, location or connection arrangements, audience, fee if any, cancellation terms and accessibility provisions. Speakers and sponsors require permission for public attribution.
